Perform routine and ad hoc data extractions for internal and external clients, create and deliver reports on a timely manner, and other analysis summaries as requested. Additional responsibilities include delivering routine information/data to internal and external clients, assisting in the preparation & configuration of database applications for new market implementations for various projects, and act as liaison for systems issues between Company clients. * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Perform routine and ad hoc operational data maintenance and updating functions Prepare routine and ad hoc data extractions, reports, and analysis summaries Deliver routine member information/data to internal and external clients as required Process and analyze client eligibility data Test software for acceptance to the user environment Assist in the setup & configuration of database applications for various projects or new market implementations. Research and design Electronic Data Interchange processes Serve as technical resource for all department staff Lead client technical implementation projects Handle technical application development projects as assigned Act as liaison for systems issues between Company and clients Perform new and existing client set-up and maintenance processes Represent Company in a professional manner at all times * JOB REQUIREMENTS:* College degree in Business, MIS, or related discipline preferred 3-5 years prior related technical and business experience required Prior related experience in coordinating systems related projects preferred. Proficiency in the following technical concepts necessary Knowledge of general computer software. (Excel, MS Word, E-mail) Advanced features of MS Access, Word and Excel. Reporting software/architecture (Reporting Services, etc.) Relational Database concept knowledge (SQL Server preferred) General knowledge of object oriented tools desirable Knowledge of Transact SQL is required.
