Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all testing and deployment-related activities. Work with Shell IT, Security and other departments to communicate project IT requirements, adopt standards and confirm infrastructure readiness for Go-Live. Manage service introduction which includes the details of service management and service delivery plans, processes, and metrics. The Deployment Lead must a strong attention to detail in terms of cutover planning.
