Interacting with other Business and IT personnel in order to provide technical expertise and services. - Managing the development and implementation of the department projects . Provide necessary production support for existing applications, Services and Processes . Provide Technical direction in design, development and systems integration including client engagement from definition phase through implementation . Overseeing project and support request progress; participating in, and managing work respective to policies and procedures. - Communicating status and issues in a clear and professional manner . Responsible for planning and providing weekly status *Minimum Required Skills and Experience* - Minimum of 7 - 10 yrs IT experience implementing and supporting business applications across various platforms . Strong skills in .NET - Strong Relational database background - SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10G . Strong Problem solving and root cause identification skills Solid Experience in Analysis, Design and Development of web sites and services . Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization - Must be a self-starter, work well independently and in a collaborative team environment . Strong verbal/written communications and presentation skills - Must have strong knowledge and experience with XML and Web Services (UDDI, SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, etc.) . Must be a strong team player and have the ability to work with Multiple teams within IT . 5+ years experience as team leader preferably working with both onshore/offshore - Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks *Desirable Skills/Experience* - Any experience with BizTalk 2006, Oracle Service Bus . Experience in Managed File transfer - PGP encryption/decryption .
