Responsibilities: Specific JD Edwards' responsibilities include: - Responsible for maintenance, support and deployment of the JDE OneWorld/EnterpriseOne. - Perform day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution of the applications. Also responsible for the daily maintenance, patch updates and testing. - OMW installation, setup and project promotion and administration. - Server and client package build and deployments - Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades. - JDE Administration of security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via SAW - Create and manage environments, pathcodes and instances. - Monitor and manage application system performance and availability. - Provide complete and timely support for end users. - Keep current and up-to-date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components. - Interact extensively with the other IT support - Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation. - Recommend new best practices.
