*Job Description:* - The SFDC Techno-functional consultant will work with multiple departments to understand complex business processes and strategies, and configure applications and systems into efficient application solutions. - This position will require a self-reliant individual to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of complex and technical tasks. - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *Responsibilities: * - Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business systems and user requirements - Configure applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies - Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) on all campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account and revenue activities - Assist with integration of third-party vendors - Provide guidance for workflow template development and data filtering criteria - Ensure consistency of usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data. - Provide oversight on mass data uploads. - Provide training and administrative support for users; administer accounts, permissions, and configurations; and keep current on enhancements/documentation for Enterprise Business Applications (CRM, ERP, SFA , PSA, etc.) *Qualifications: * - Advanced relational database knowledge and client-server concepts - Development experience with T-SQL scripts and performance tuning.
