Title: Sr. Business Analyst with Oracle R12 Location: San Jose, CA Contract: 3+ months(renewed quarterly) -With prior Cisco experience -Experience in Finance and/or Customer Data hub and this would be in the Oracle context we need one BA to cover each of those areas Seeking an experienced business analysts to support the project to migrate from Oracle 11i to R12. Required: 11i 2 years, 1 complete implementation R12 2 years Initial Order 2 years Strong knowledge and experience in both Oracle 11i and R12 is a requirement for this position. Knowledge of the Initial Order, Change Order, Capture Order and Sales Programs processes. Must be highly organized and have a 'self-starter' attitude. Specific tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -Capture and prioritize business requirements. -Able to drive discussions with stakeholders autonomously -Maintain requirements both in specific spreadsheets and in Reqpro ( a database tool for requirements) -Construct Business Review Documents (RD50's) in support of quarterly releases -Support and complete testing (BAT, UAT, etc) -Perform impact analysis and assessments.
