*Title : Business ANALYST * *Location : Des Moines , IA* *Duration : 6+ Month * *Description*: • Develop sophisticated strategies and analyze risk related to fraud by identifying and managing the risks associated with online customer originations, authentication and product usage (possibly relating to channels outside of Digital Channels) • Provide insightful analytics, strategy development and reporting, by focusing on balancing fraud exposure, customer service, and operational impacts • Review and analyze fraud trends • Review and analyze fraud trends • Partner with and help support Fraud Operations, Product Management, and Technology teams • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients while leveraging product and customer level data across various platforms Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests in a timely manner • Package and present data and analytics in an insightful and intuitive manner to peers and management * * *Qualifications*: • 5+ years of prior banking experience in risk analysis • 5+ years of experience and a high level of proficiency in programming and data manipulation using SQL, SAS and Exce Demonstrated ability of working with multiple business groups at multiple levels of management with experience of communicating statistical information to all levels of the organization • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, determine priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Creative problem solving skills with positive, action-oriented attitude and independent thinking • Ability to package and present analytical findings in an insightful and intuitive manner which explains clearly the direction and recommendation of the information • Bachelors degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience * * *You're a Rock Star if you have these:* • Internet fraud knowledge, especially as it relates to financial services • Masters degree in a quantitative field • Demonstrated experience with providing practical business solutions that are implementable *Alok Kumar* Source InfoTech Inc.
