Role Solution Architect
|
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • Minimum 5+ yrs of IT consulting experience with track record of past experience in Development and Designing
• Experience and knowledge in Java, J2EE, Oracle, Web Services and SOA Architecture
• Strong understanding of Project Management and SDLC Methodologies is required
• Strong analytical reasoning ability, communication (both written and verbal) & negotiation skills and strong presentation skills is required

Roles and responsibility • Participate regularly in Requirement Analysis meetings with Business Analyst
• Work with other teams to provide estimation on the upcoming projects
• Able to communicate strongly and provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients
• Work closely with BA and business team to provide multiple solutions for the business need and proper the best option
• Provide understanding of the solutions to the design team at Onsite as well as Offshore
• Document Solution provided along with high level design proposition
• Take responsibility of solution provided and support it throughout Design, Construction and Quality Assurance
• Work closely with Design and Development team to support them with the proposed solution
• Review Requirement Documents, Design & Architecture Documents and provide review comments for the success of the project as well as for metrics reporting
• Follow processes implemented by the client and adhere to various SDLC phases
• Work closely with Quality Assurance team and facilitate them with complex business scenarios
• Able to multi task by working on different projects/ change request at the same time
• Able to work alone with showing strong analytical and reasoning ability
• Provide status and report any risks/concerns identified during any phase of project life cycle to Project managers
• Works with the Project Manager to develop the overall implementation solution plan, and serve as a lead, as required, in the implementation of an engagement overseeing the installation, customization, and integration efforts.
• Builds and maintains repository of deliverables, methodologies and business development documents.
• Provide highest level of quality assurance for services within solution area
• Know how to lead, motivate and drive a team of creative individuals to accomplish great things

Analytics Experience:
