· Our large financial services client seeks a talented Developer to join its PeopleSoft upgrade team. It is updating its PeopleSoft HCM modules version from 8.9 to 9.2. *OVERVIEW *The selected candidate must be capable of hitting the ground running with technical design and coding assignments. Once coding and unit testing are complete, the project will move directly into structured testing, and the selected individual will work closely with a team of analysts to support defect resolution and to provide technical support up through and including implementation of the base system, to be in the late-May/early-June timeframe. *Responsibilities* - Act in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives - Utilize a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs - Work on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors - Plan, perform and act as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing - Lead most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts - Act as an expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process *Required Skills* - PeopleSoft development experience with any two of the core PeopleSoft modules: Payroll, Benefits, Core HR, eRecruit - 10+ years application development and implementation experience - 3+ years of PeopleSoft required - Prior upgrade experience - Background with mainframe DB2 -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
