*Role:* Data Migration Lead (UCM) *Total Experience Required:* 10+ *Mandatory Technical Skills: * 4+ years of experience in Siebel UCM as technical lead UCM Batch loads, Web-service integration, Customization, D&B, IIR, Data Matching, Data Cleansing. Performance tuning of UCM batch loads. *Desirable Technical Skills:* Experience in other technology areas in Siebel CRM, knowledge on SFDC, EBS data models etc. *Mandatory Functional Skills:* The person has to be a client facing with good interpersonal skills and strong command on MDM architecture and best practices. Good documentation skills, thoroughly understand the data quality concepts and should be able to suggest customer what they should do and lead the technical team in achieving the design. *Desirable Functional Skills:* Any other MDM knowledge like S Informatica MDM.
