OB REQUIREMENTS
MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES

   - Create detailed project plans. Monitor and report on project progress,
   including, cost, schedule, issues, and project risks.
   - Develop a strong understanding of business requirements: working with
   business users to define technical and process requirements. Requirements
   analysis scope will run from significant change the business initiatives to
   run the business updates.
   - Develop and document functional requirements for analyzed business
   needs.
   - Work with other team members, and share requirements as needed. Answer
   questions on requirements and provide input on technical solutions.
   - Facilitate all aspects of user acceptance testing including creation
   and execution of use/test cases, bug tracking, review, prioritization, and
   resolution.
   - Create appropriate documentation and provide end user training of
   newly implemented solutions.
   - Provide Subject Matter Expertise to support the Business Unit
   applications, and collaborate with other team members in issue diagnosis
   and resolution.
   - Actively participate in business continuity drills.
   - Establish and maintain strong relationships with Business Units, and
   develop a deep understanding of their strategies, issues, plans and
   priorities.
