American Cyber system’s direct client is looking for Android Developer At Atlanta, GA for a Full time position.
This position will be part of a team that develops mobile applications and
to lead the future of mobile development. We are looking for bright,
talented, team-players that can bring innovative ideas to the table. This
position is full-time, salaried with benefits and is located in Atlanta GA.
- Senior Android Developer (Hand held and Tablet Developer)
- Develop applications in most optimal & cost effective manner.
- Participate in writing software specification documents with the
coordination of the team leader.
- Implement Development Tasks:
- Code Android Applications
- Estimate development tasks
- Perform code analysis
- Perform unit testing
- Re-factor / optimize code
- Review code
- Integrate code changes
- Peer-To-Peer code reviews
- Troubleshoot and debug software to determine causes of errors and
deciding what to do about them.
- Conduct research & do proof of concepts.
- Participate in database design.
- Participate in software design (architecture).
- Solid experience of object oriented programing and design.
- 2+ years experience writing apps for the Android and other Mobile
Platforms.
- Solid understanding of Android JAVA frameworks and the Android SDK.
- Proficiency in JAVA and J2ME.
- Solid understanding of Android Application development process.
- Experience with using version control repositories such as
CVS/Subversion and Git.
- Experience with using a continuous build sever such as Hudson.
- Solid understanding of Core Data and Networking Technologies.
- Familiarity with OpenGL and 3D graphics is a plus.
- Having applications posted on the app store is a huge plus.
- 5 plus years application development experience in Open Source
technologies, such as JAVA.
- Knowledge of SCRUM, Agile, and other development methodologies.
- Able to work with highly collaborative teams.
· BS/MS degree required in engineering or sciences.
