REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: * 8+ years of related work experience in the design /development, programming, and support client/server software programs/applications in C# .NET and SQL Server. * Experience leading code reviews * Leadership skills with experience presenting technical information to all levels in company. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others and lead others through change. * Application diagramming and design experience. * Proficiency with Visio (diagramming SW Tool). * Strong Analytical Skills.
