*Position :- Java Developer* *Duration :- Long Term* *Location : Augusta, Maine* *Required Skills* * Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Java/J2EE*. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Core Java development experience 3-5 years of J2EE programming experience, including Servlets, JSP, Web services Minimum of three years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed systems. Experience with multi-threaded architectures, thread management, latency and throughput optimization. Experience with open-source frameworks. Spring and Hibernate experience a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Leadership skills and solid team-player. Minimum of three years’ experience in RDMS (Oracle 10g); Experience designing and developing schemas for enterprise level applications; Understanding of data structure and the ability to query data tables using SQL and PL/SQL. *Additional comments:* *Public Sector experience.* Health and Human Services experience. Solid analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail . Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision. Ability to quickly learn and stay current with new technologies . Previous experience mentoring junior Team Members.
