Client is using Message Driven Bean experience, *Rational Application Developer* (RAD) , and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to deploy a large scale system. In order to be successful, you will need to have at least 2 years of Multithreaded / Multiprocessing environment, knowledge of Solaris, Windows, and SQL/ DB2.
