·4+ years Business Intelligence solution/architecture design
·4+ years hands-on PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade experience.
·Expert with PeopleSoft systems configuration in a HA, virtualized(VMware),
·Unix/Oracle-based environment
·Experienced in technical leadership and strategy development in a
Fortune 500-sized
·organization
·Proficient in PeopleSoft Application and Tools Upgrade processes
(PeopleSoft Change
·Assistant, Data Mover, and associated toolsets)
·Demonstrable understanding of architectural principles and best practices
·Experienced in developing technical documentation on applications and
systems
·Proven ability to work with both technical and business-oriented teams
·Experienced in developing comprehensive technical strategy deliverables
for both an
·application and infrastructure environments
·Experienced with interface batch architectures and third-party “bolt
on” applications
·that commonly integrate with PeopleSoft applications systems (e.g. EDI,
FTP, UC4,
·Tumbleweed, etc.)
·Experienced in an Outsourced/Managed Services environment
·Certified Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Preferred)
