Person should understand Salesforce governor limits and design solutions which can scale within the platform limitations. Person should able to code in apex & visulaforce as needed. This person responsible to deliver architecture and high level design which span across multiple platform including Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Enterprise data warehouse, Master data management etc. Responsible for performing complex analysis, design, architecting, programming, and modifications of computer programs for software products and/or customer applications.
