Responsibilities include: - Trains other project managers on the client's software development life cycle (SDLC). - Holds project managers and scrum masters accountable for process adherence. - Drives regular performance management, evaluations, talent reviews and development discussions with project managers and scrum masters. - Holds weekly project management meetings where team and personnel capacity assignments are evaluated across the company. - Is the liaison between Scrum teams. - Surfaces all project blocks, personnel capacity problems, and threats to release dates effectively and transparently across the organization. - Keeps the Release Schedule up-to-date on a daily basis. - Keeps people and projects schedule up-to-date on a daily basis. Requirements- 5 years of experience managing Scrum Projects - Must have demonstrable experience leading at least two Scrum teams simultaneously.
