Job Description: . 6+plus years of IT experience. . Technically lead project teams to implement major enhancements to the product. . Should have hands on knowledge in Java and J2EE technologies. . Experience in the entire software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy . Can visualize system end to end. . Strong in Core Java, JDK 1.6 . Good in Data structures and Algorithms . Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns) . Good Knowledge of SQL . JDBC, EJB3 . Good knowledge of XML / parsers . Good understanding of web services, preferred Rest, Ant, Maven, JBOSS, Tomcat, Basic unix exposure . Good communication skills . Leadership qualities. . Can guide team on day to day issue resolution, review design, code and recommend them right implementation approach . Product development background is preferable .
