*Role: Android video conferencing validation engineer* *Job location: **Hillsboro, OR* *Duration: **9+ Months * *Job Description:* *Android video conferencing validation engineer - Hillsboro* • Must have solid validation experience on Android/Linux based systems on various Media formats, H.264/AVC, Media Frameworks such as StageFright and solid understanding of OpenMax IL standards • Demonstrated working knowledge on streaming protocols such as RTP/RTSP/HTTP • Must have solid working experience of surface flinger, Audio flinger, presentation mode etc… • Comfortable validation & programming at the middleware and device driver level and working on Android. • Must have solid validation experience on video conferencing (webRTC) • Browser Acceleration, HTML5 experience • knowledge on C/C++ and Linux based OS system level programming (Linux and/or Android) • Demonstrated product validation experience • Demonstrated software engineering practices such as design, documentation, validation, debug and automation • Ability to analyze and break down problems • Good team player, assertive, self starter with a can-do-attitude and good communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills. • Solid understanding of Intel architecture, and capabilities would be an added advantage - particularly around Intel® ATOM(TM).
