6+ months contract for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Project Manager in East Peoria, IL
Rate: open Summary: · The main function of this position is to develop and deploy Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans to successfully roll out the IT Transformation project. · Create and maintain detailed change plans and deliverables while adhering to Caterpillar's standard Global Change Model and methodology. Job Responsibilities: · Create and execute communication plans, change/educational activities, training plains & materials and reinforcement activities at business unit, enterprise and extended enterprise levels. · Leverage Human Resources and other internal subject matter experts. Skills: · Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills. · Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time as well as being a collaborative team member. · Proven experience with organizational change management, and use of tools such as Microsoft Excel to plan and manage change. · Proven ability to work with senior leaders. Strong change project leadership and decision-making. Education/Experience: · Certified change master or related certification. · 9-10 years of change management or related experience; IT experience. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required. Initial scope is changes within the areas of project management, portfolio management and prioritization, architecture and other areas to be prioritized by the IT leadership team. The actual changes will be defined by the end of July at which point a change implementation workshop is planned.
