*Hope you are doing great!!* *Please go through the below requirement and send me your best candidates resume along with rate & contact details ASAP. * SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT INTERVIEW: IMMEDIATELY MINNEAPOLIS, MN 6+ MONTHS CONTRACT RATE: DOE Responsible for creating, and ensuring implementation of the detail design in very large and/or highly complex application programs across multiple business capabilities. Consults on smaller efforts to ensure changes are consistent with overall business, architecture, performance, cost and life cycle management goals. Provides strategic consulting to senior management and strategic direction to all levels of the organization and helps implement maintainability and performance best practices throughout the computing environment. Accountabilities 1. Works with the technical staff to design highly complex software solutions involving many varied technologies, components, and platforms across multiple business capabilities. 2. Serves as a technical expert in design, POC’s, analysis of solutions, performance tuning/testing and interfaces for new software deliverables or for making significant enhancements to existing ones. 3. Owns and delivers detailed conceptual design for large scale and/or highly complex efforts that typically cross multiple business capabilities, working with solution architects. 4. Owns and delivers physical design working with solution architects. 5. Manages project deliverable reviews to ensure they meet architecture standards. 6. Works with IS Owner and Project Manager to develop technology requirements and estimates. 7. Ensures understanding of solution by off-shore vendor partner software developers, third party integrators and business partners. 8. Owns, and drives with infrastructure, delivery of performance monitoring, capacity management, disaster recovery planning, and security integration. 9. Mentors others on design, solutions and technologies. 10. May perform Technical Lead role on larger projects or programs. 11. Represents IT Application Development on a variety of cross functional and/or industry work groups. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science and 7 years of experience in an application architect role or 11 years of experience in an application architect role in lieu of a degree. • Expert level ability to design highly complex application programs. • Expert level knowledge of applications system design and integration. • Expert level knowledge of technical, business, and industry. • Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills. • Exceptional human relations skills to effectively interact with leadership and management, peers, business partners and vendors. • Highly skilled at systems, creative, critical and analytical thinking, decision making and problem solving. • Expert level understanding of the standards and deliverables to ensure integrity of the design process. • Expert knowledge of internal area applications. • Highly skilled at hands-on communication, collaboration and leadership. • Highly skilled at influencing and motivating individuals and teams.
