*Rate : 75/hr on c2c* *Assignment Start/End Date: **Projected Start Date – June 30, 2014* *Functional Job Title **CRM Business Analyst / Designer* *Job Description: **CRM Business Analyst / Designer* CRM Business Analyst / Designer (Specialist II) Responsibilities: • Work with project stakeholders in the requirements gathering process to determine high level designs • Deliver the results of elicitation in the form of organized notes • Write user acceptance test plans and scripts and coordinate user acceptance test execution • Work with IT project managers to obtain consensus and signoff on requirements deliverables • Other related development tasks in the SDLC Deliverables: • All documentation regarding system design o Requirements Documents o Detailed Configuration Documents o Data-flow Diagram o Integration Diagrams • Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team *SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS * References should be provided from at least two former or current clients where the contractor has performed the same or similar work.
