*Role : Network Engineer * *Location : Mountain View, CA* *Duration : 9+ months* 8+ years related network engineering experience CCIE certification ? routing and switching Extensive experience in leading architecture designs, solutions recommendation and troubleshooting complex network issues Expert understanding and hands-on experience with routing protocols and configuration, specifically OSPF, and BGP Extensive knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP and deep packet level inspection and troubleshooting Scripting and automation experience using Perl, Python, etc. help streamline routine network configuration tasks - A PLUS Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, take a proactive approach to improving network services, and have an innovative and keen interest in learning new technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in structured problem-solving methodology; understanding problem from the network, OS, and application levels Firm grasp and experience in troubleshooting layer 2 and 3 Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and administering all the components of voice infrastructure that includes but not limited to call managers, unity connection, contact center, meeting place, WebEx, presence and video services. Co-ordinates and participates in ongoing support activities that require 24/7 coverage. Proposes strategies to improve user experience and creates processes and approaches to automate and adopt self-provisioning methods. Consistently reviews and monitors the infrastructure with a view to improve stability and efficiency of the services.
