* Job description:*
This Application Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining,
and supporting Advanced Engineering tools including the Atlassian Suite
(Confluence, JIRA, Crowd), test plan management tools and other tools as
determined to support the Advanced Engineering team. As the Atlassian/Tools
Application Administrator, this role will be responsible for maintaining
all Confluence spaces and JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, users,
etc. Administrator will also serve as a technical advisor and the primary
implementer for new requested tools/capabilities and will provide
recommendations on plugins and best practices.

* Day to day responsibilities may include:*



·         Create complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, field
configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes
in JIRA

·         Manage user permissions to tools according to the needs of
projects and teams

·         Ability to lead and provide technical assistance and/or training
in using JIRA and Confluence and other tools as identified

·         Work closely with other teams to define best practices for using
lab tools across the organization and company

·         Test new versions of the tools and plug-ins to ensure
compatibility

·         Researches and utilize industry methods and techniques
