*Position :- Cognos Admin* *Location :- Deerfield IL * *Duration :-6+Month * Role Cognos Administrator Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills • Candidate should be able to demonstrate prior successful implementation experience with the following Cognos Products, or their earlier releases: - Cognos 10 Administration - Cognos 10 Framework Manager - Cognos 10 BI Sutdios • Managing Cognos user roles and groups • Managing multiple cognos environment(s) for parallel development of multiple projects • Resolve Cognos environment issues related to execution of the reports. • Manage Cognos FM Package and Report deployments from one environment to another. • Experience in working in Healthcare/ Specialty Pharmacy domain •5+ Years hands on experience with Cognos Required •7+ Years in one or more DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL •Hands on experience using OLAP tools •Working knowledge of design/implementation of SOA in Data Management •Experience with software implementation methodologies •Experience with other BI tools and vendor products highly desirable •Cognos product certification a plus •Excellent communications and customer service skills •7+ Years with Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing tools Roles and responsibility • Cognos 10 Administration • Managing Cognos user roles and groups • Managing multiple cognos environment(s) for parallel development of multiple projects • Resolve Cognos environment issues related to execution of the reports. • Manage Cognos FM Package and Report deployments from one environment to another. • Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle • Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks • Good written and oral communication Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Work with different teams – Business, Solutions – BI, developers to create Cognos reports with complete considerations on Infrastructure capability, performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
