Familiar with a broad range of healthcare-related business and/or IT concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Creates value for an organization through the application of knowledge, techniques, and assets to improve business performance. May involve providing objective appraisals where it is often easier for an expert outsider to see the broader picture. Typically required to summarize and present findings to audiences of various organizational levels. Bachelor's degree is not required but expected. At least 5-7 years of experience in business and/or IT consulting roles preferred. *Top Three Skills/Experience * - 7 years Websphere Message Broker (WMB) coding experience. - 7 years MQ Series experience with WMB. - 7 years experience in updating DB2 databases. *Required Skills/Experience* - *7 years minimum experience* working as a developer or technical analyst - Expert in Websphere Message Broker (WMB) Experienced in MQ Series, DB2, Java, ESQL - Experienced in HIPAA transactions - Prepare build and deploy scripts to deploy code on zLinux - Put together coding and other development standards - Review code and provide feedback to development team. - Mentor team and help with day-to-day technical questions on WMB. - Experience in XML-based messaging; MQ or web services connectivity - Must have good communication skills and must be able present diagnostic, troubleshooting steps and conclusions to a varied audience - Must be able to work with minimal supervision - Demonstrated expertise in supporting large-scale projects. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. *Educational Requirements* - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, systems analysis, or related field required.
