Position : Bi consultant having exp. In Micro strategy administration and Teradata administration
Location : Milwaukee , WI Type : Contract Duration : 3 months Details : The BI Consultant will analyze the MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports and provide guidance on best practices and recommend changes that will help overall performance. MSTR analysis is performed on the Client’s Production environment and it analyzes the opportunities identified in the Assessment and applies one or more of the following: * Modifying/tuning MicroStrategy Environment Server properties * Report modification within MSTR to help with better optimizer plans * Leveraging advanced MSTR features and VLDB settings to optimize reports Mentoring is provided during the engagement for up to two member of the Customer’s project team in order to transfer knowledge about the assessment and analysis processes so that they understand how to repeat them. This is not a formalized training session but a one-on-one participation during the activities as they are performed. Skills Needed: 1. BI Consultant must have strong Business Acumen, solid experience with SQL & Relational Databases 2. BI Consultant MUST possess strong knowledge of Teradata & Teradata Database Administration 3. BI Consultant MUST have background in Teradata Performance Tuning and Teradata tools 4.
