job Description: As a Data Analyst and Data Mapper for a large telecommunications conversion project, you will be responsible for modeling & mapping data fields from legacy systems to target systems, working with the business in helping define & develop business rules, value maps, Source to Target Data Mapping documents and assisting ETL Development Team in development activities.
Mandatory Requirements: • 7-10 years of strong analysis and data mapping experience required • Prior experience working with Telecom Network Information for mapping data from legacy systems to target systems • Prior experience analyzing business needs, user needs, and business processes to determine system’s needs • SQL experience (queries, joins, etc.) and MainFrame experience strongly desired • Experience with Data Profiling using SQL and other methods • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills • Solid understand of data analysis techniques or processes Preferred Requirements: • Telecommunications experience required • ETL experience required • Carrier Access Billing experience desired • BS degree in a technical discipline desired • Previous consulting or professional experience desired • DB/2 knowledge a plus • Strong problem resolution mentality with a proven ability to be self-motivated • Solid understanding of Data Validation and Data Quality Methods Special Instructions for Recruiting Travel Requirements: • Must be willing to travel on occasion to various client site(s) -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
