Possesses working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and data warehouse, including full reference architecture from data integration, through semantic layer and reporting. Strong knowledge of data and dimensional modeling. This person focuses on the implementation of the companies HR and payroll systems for each customer instance to ensure success of the product in a live operational environment. This person will work with key stakeholders to review requests from partners, prepare documents and assist in the support of the partner for all phases of the implementation. The position will require the incumbent to analyze the systems business and technical requirements, establish governance and implementation documentation, and support the onboarding of the final customer instances in the SAAS environment.
