*Position Description:*

This position is responsible to identify the mapping between source data
elements and target data elements in support of the requirements of data
integration, reporting and analytic consumption projects such as: SQL, DB2,
and Teradata.

Requirements:
Has deep understanding of healthcare / payor data, subject areas, and
source systems. Must understand data, data relationships at the table and
attribute level. Able to interpret measurement definitions, and perform
data decomposition. Perform Gap analysis and impact analysis on any changes
that are being suggested.  Possesses working knowledge of Relational
Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and data warehouse, including full
reference architecture from data integration, through semantic layer and
reporting. Strong knowledge of data and dimensional modeling. Experienced
in group facilitation with participants from diverse business functions and
work skills.

·           Technical expertise regarding data models and database design
development. Understanding of XML and SQL
·           Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex
data sets

·           Ability to understand complex Business Processes and their
relationships
·           Interpret data and develop data integration mapping documents
based on findings
·           In collaboration with others, develop and maintain temporary
databases for data analysis necessary for projects and department functions

collection systems and other strategies for data profiling

The key responsibility of the Cloud Implementation Consultant is to
interface with both partners and the Cloud Operations group to support the
onboarding of customer implementations into SAAS data centers. This person
focuses on the implementation of the companies HR and payroll systems for
each customer instance to ensure success of the product in a live
operational environment. This person will work with key stakeholders to
review requests from partners, prepare documents and assist in the support
of the partner for all phases of the implementation. The position will
require the incumbent to analyze the systems business and technical
requirements, establish governance and implementation documentation, and
support the onboarding of the final customer instances in the SAAS
environment.

Reports to: Partner Cloud Operations Organization

Responsibilities:
Analyze, contribute to and edit various business and technical requirements
for payroll and HR system implementations
Liaise between partners and the Cloud Operations teams
Organize client interaction meetings
Become the functional expert for the SAAS implementations for each business
area
Proactively communicate status of key activities, risks, and issues to the
partner project managers and SAAS Operations team members
Define, implement, and operate a governance model that provides structure
for SAAS application rollouts
Coordinate diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build
consensus for requirements across the user groups
Manage documentation enhancements requests from internal stakeholders;
identify opportunities for other enhancements
Support the implementation rollout of customer instances

Qualifications:
Business Analyst with minimum 5 years experience in Cloud and SAAS based
environments
Experience in building requirements for enterprise implementations ideally
related to payroll and HR systems
Experience in requirements gathering and documentation for IT systems
Self-motivated, fast learner with exceptional follow-through and capable of
working independently
Excellent client-engagement and communication skills
Superior project and time management skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality
Excellent, demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in verbal and
other forms
English proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial
skills are required
