7+ years’ ETL development experience
Experience with DataStage
Strong communication skills – role will have interaction
with external customers
Experience in data mapping (source system to target mapping)
Expert proficiency with SQL
Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and
Kimball-style dimensional modeling
3+ years’ experience working with complex data architectures
3+ years’ experience with Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) methodologies
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with Netezza
Experience working in UNIX environment
Proficiency with Kimball-style dimensional modeling
Experience with IBM’s healthcare data model
Experience transforming data from healthcare IT systems
(Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, etc.)
Experience with using Agile development practices,
automated testing and continuous delivery
