• Develop Charm Application Security Test Plan
• Develop End-User Instructional Materials (Instructor Led End-User
Training)
• Prepare and Conduct Configuration : Change Request (SDCR)
• Prepare and Conduct Configuration : Normal Correction (SDMJ)
• Prepare and Conduct Configuration : Urgent Correction (SDHF)
• Prepare and Conduct Configuration : Administrative Message (SDAD)
