Title - CISCO Voice engineer Location - Lincolnshire, IL Duration - 12 months
1) Cisco Unified Communications Manager (v 7.x & 8.x) 2.) Cisco Unity Connection 3.) Knowledge of Cisco Voice Routers (29xx & 39xx) Candidate will be responsible for working IP Telephony Engineering team responsible for design, engineering & support of Cisco Unified Communications platform. Candidate will be involved in multiple project based assignments & assist with KTLO work when needed. Specifically, Walgreens is in the process of a nationwide Cisco Unified Communications roll-out to 6,600 stores. Additionally, they are migrating a number of their corporate campus buildings to new UCS clusters. Candidate will assist in planning, engineering, creating processes & documentation and support leading up to and through the deployment to the 6,600 stores and over 150,000 endpoints. Candidate must have strong expertise working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM v8.x preferred) and Cisco Unity Connection. Familiarity supporting CUCM, CUC & Unified Computing System (UCS) clusters is desired. Any experience working with Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) or IP Contact Center (IPCC) is a plus.
