*Job Description*

   - Role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the respective
   technical platform or functional area in alignment with the business
   objectives of the organization.
   - As the [Integrated Digital Solutions] expert, the position will entail
   interacting with Senior Executives and Directors of [Commercial Operations,
   Managed Markets & Marketing, as well as marketing agencies, and digital
   content development vendors] to develop and implement strategic initiatives
   for [US & Global Marketing, Sales Training, Sales, and Corporate
   Communications] operations.
   - Accordingly, this person will work closely with decision makers in
   other departments will provide leadership in process analysis, process and
   system design, and systems development, to identify, recommend, develop,
   implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects
   of [Commercial Operations, Managed Markets & Marketing].
   - Will document and write functional requirements to brand and
   non-branded digital sites.
   - Working with other departments on business requirements.
   - Write functional requirements based on depart need and transition and
   work with technical teams on technical requirements.
   - Manage and oversee third party vendors. Negotiate cost estimates,
   review work, etc.
   - The position will interface with employees and contractors to ensure
   efficient execution of support and maintenance processes for the various
   systems to identify and resolve functional, technical, and process issues,
   test and train on system functions, identify, design, and develop system
   updates in support of business requirements, and manage the overall
   coordination of system updates, enhancements, etc.

*Qualifications*

   - Minimum of Bachelors in an IT or Engineering discipline.
   - Must have 8 years Microsoft development, ideally C#, ASP.NET, MVC,
   WCF, JavaScript/JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML/XSLT, TDD, Continuous Integration,
   TFS, Visual Studio 2012, Dependency Injection, Entity Framework, Nunit,
   Microsoft Enterprise Library.
   - Must have solid web service experience; building WCF-based component
   architectures.
   - Must have a big consulting firm experience (ex Avanade person would be
   ideal).
   - Very strong SDLC, in Waterfall, V-Model, Agile/Scrum.
   - Technical knowledge of content management systems (Drupal, WordPress,
   Umbraco, Site Core).
   - Relevant work experience in digital solutions architecture.
   - Project Management skills - evaluates work oders with Brand Team to
   determine scope of work.
   - Translates business requirements to an offshore development team and
   monitors performance.
   - PM - strong in principles and practice - 2-3yrs experience
   - MS Project, (PMP cert would be great, PMI-ACP cert would be excellent,
   CSM cert would be good too).
   - PM - strong communication skills able to articulate technical
   direction to others and provide business/technical documentation .
   - Will be expected to write documentation for offshore and onshore teams.
   - Will manage the work delivered by an offshore team, and manage local
   consulting resources.
   - Some experience developing/managing in an Agile/Scrum project.
   - Strong interpersonal skills, an excellent negotiator and communicator
   with strong written and orals skills.
   - Ability to conduct and direct research into technical and business
   issues and products as required.
   - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly
   language.
   - Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose
   of creating business cases, budgets, and so on.
   - Highly self-motivated and directed.
   - Keen attention to detail.
   - Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
   - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure
   environment.
   - Exceptional customer service orientation. Extensive experience working
   in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
   - The position will oversee the work product of the digital factory at
   company, and the work of outside agencies that are creating digital content
   for company.
   - Accenture runs the ""factory"" and is responsible for everything from
   estimation to implementation on web sites, iOS apps, email campaigns,
   Banner ads, etc.
   - An independent party is needed to check the estimates and technical
   designs for the work requested. Also there is a need to review test plans
   and scripts as well as the results of the testing and coordinate the moving
   of newly created content to production
