Create enterprise performance testing strategy for global ERP roll-out and create and refine load distribution models. Lead global IT department and business to support expanding performance testing practice by defining non-functional requirements. Manage pre-production testing schedule of implementations, ongoing project releases, production support needs, and infrastructure modifications. Create performance framework and processes in large single, global instance ERP product roll-out.
