*BASIC FUNCTION*
Under general supervision, incumbent will be responsible for architecture
and program management support of the company’s Identity and Access
Management (IdAM) business and technical needs.  Responsible for
maintenance and operation of IdAM infrastructure and will be responsible
for the installation, configuration, and integration of all IdAM products.


The individual will be responsible for various aspects of infrastructure
management including implementation, maintenance, performance monitoring,
troubleshooting, and support.  While this role is primarily technical, a
great deal of communication with business users and technical resources is
required.


* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*


·         Perform a variety of IAM engineering / architectural tasks and
activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with systems design,
integration, and implementation


·         Deploy, integrate, maintain and administer the Identity and
Access Management suite; create, apply and maintain Roles Based Access
Controls (RBAC) and design concepts within company applications; Maintain
other company IdAM applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Oracle
Access Manager


·         Assess business objectives, conducting gap analysis of existing
versus needed capability, and identifying IdAM business requirements;
translate business requirements into technical specifications


·         Develop and implement ideas and/or suggestions for current
process improvement


·         Responsible for maintaining and further enhancing the company’s
IdAM framework, models, and tools for delivering services as well as
developing and providing feedback on architectural and design
specifications that utilize IdAM technologies.

·         Provide thought leadership and strategy for identity and access
management, including translation of policies and business requirements
into delivery of IdAM services


*OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES*


·         Assist in updating existing departmental documentation and
creating documentation for new processes


·         Monitor new technological advances in IT through professional
groups, trade publications and personal contacts; evaluate and recommend
appropriate new technologies


·         Assist with other departmental initiatives such as performing
discovery on new technology and leveraging scripting languages to automate
manual processes


·         Work in a team environment ensuring that customer needs are met
within Service Level Agreements and other time and quality commitment Key
Performance Indicators at all times by providing guidance and suggestions
as appropriate; ensure customer excellence is consistently demonstrated


·         Perform other duties as assigned


*POSITION SPECIFICATIONS*

*Education*:  Bachelors degree in Computer Science related discipline or
equivalent combination of education and experience in information security
required.  Information technology or security certification (MCTS, MCITP,
CISSP, CCNA, RHCT, ACSP) preferred.  Project Management certification (PMP)
desired.

*Experience*:  Eight (8) years experience supporting technology-based
applications required.  Five (5) years direct hands-on experience with
identity management and access controls tools and technologies. Five (5)
years of multi-factor authentication (RSA Secure-ID), enterprise single
sign on, out-of-wallet and adaptive authentication required.  Minimum of
five (5) years direct and recent Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
experience as a system administrator, security administrator, or security
analyst

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*


·         Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with
all levels of personnel through verbal and written communication skills


·         Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced
environment, and meet deadlines


·         Understand and Interpret technical concepts and procedures into
business terms; working knowledge of platform, application and database
technologies related to IdAM


·         Ability to think operationally and strategically, anticipate and
recognize security threats, deploy practical knowledge to effectively
remediate threats, and modify activities and priorities to anticipate and
respond to changing conditions


·         Excellent understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP
access rights & user access provisioning, Exchange, Windows Server, SQL
Server & Sharepoint access, Oracle databases, Oracle Access Manager,
Federated Single Sign-on, and Linux/Unix access controls


·         Experience in software development and project management
lifecycles


·         Program/project methodologies (i.e., waterfall, iterative, agile)
and cost, schedule, program/ project performance


·         Extensive skills with shell scripting; basic knowledge of
programming languages (C, C#, Java, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, .Net)


·         Experience with PKI, PKE, XML, SAML, OAuth, SSO, RSO, RBAC, ABAC,
Kerberos, smart cards, and MFA


·         Knowledge of the following IdAM frameworks, concepts and
technologies:

·         Ping Identity

·         Courion Identity Management suite

·         Web Access Control

·         Identity Federation

·         Directory Services (AD, OID, LDAP)


·         Demonstrated excellent analytical and quantitative skills


·         Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making
decisions


·         Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet computer software
applications


·         Ability to travel as needed to successfully perform position
responsibilities; ability to serve on-call on a 24-hour basis


·         Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials handled


·         Proficiency in all aspects of identity management design,
installation/integration, and operation


·         Ability to find solutions through technical documentation,
Internet searches or peer interactions


·         Experience using a ticketing system to create, track and manage
issues


Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex
environment
