Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the client. Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client. *Skill2 - Web Testing (L3)* Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage *Skill3 - Application Testing (L3)* Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. *Essential Skill(s)* Skill1 - Application Testing (L1) Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills. *Additional Skill(s)* *Skill1 - Test Project Management (L1)* Leads a team that debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Leads the development and execution of software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Ensures documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Supervises the day to day work of lower level individual contributors. Work affects related activities within the project team. Sets own work schedule for the project team to meet established objectives. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed through a team independently post review. Good project management skills are required. Works on developing people management skills. Would be treated as a one point contact by the junior team members. May provide inputs on appraisals, feedback to employees and handling work allocations. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster. *Skill2 - Banking Domain (L1)* Should have good functional understanding of Retail Banking or Corporate Banking or Investment Banking. Should be able to define and document the process. Should investigate the stated and unstated needs, document it and obtain sign off on business requirement.
