This individual will be responsible for developing creative *SharePoint*
2013 Collaboration solutions, to address current and future business
needs for the Project Quality Office within the Risk, Controls, and
Security organization
• Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work
management processes
• Work with the Project Quality Office teams to create SharePoint 2013
solutions ensuring they are in alignment with *SharePoint Architecture*,
Governance, and Best Practices
• Participate in business needs analysis and build solutions based on
requirements; promoting top code quality and solving challenging issues
related to integration, performance, and security
• Perform a wide range of administration duties within the *SharePoint*
2013 solutions
• Researching and evaluating alternative solutions and recommending the
most efficient and cost effective alternative considering requirements,
available SharePoint 2013 technology and Governance and Best Practice
guidelines
• Create documentations as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned, including daily tasks in support of
current manual operational procedures until such time that these
procedures can be automated.

• SQL IDE (TOAD for Oracle, MS Management Console for SQLServer)
Must Have Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience in software development (*SharePoint 2010/2013 and .Net*).
• Experience producing the Level of Effort (LOE) for project
requirements deliverables
• Strong SharePoint *2010/2013 workflo*w experience including Enterprise
Workflows, RBS, LDAP, and External Content Types
• Microsoft SharePoint Certification
• Experience with *InfoPath Forms Services*, Web Parts, and Visual Studio
• Proficient in web technologies including *HTML/HTML5, Java scripting,
XML, CSS3,* etc. Must be familiar with user-interface and information
architecture principles and how to design web portals with semi-complex
information or functionality
Preferred skills, but not required:
• Use of Agile development methodologies
• Experience with jQuery and its use with *SharePoint* to be able to use
*SharePoint* as a front end to other systems
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and
practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, related field,
or equivalent work experience

audience (peers, technical personnel, customers, management, senior
leadership)
• Proficient in documenting and presenting ideas
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, manage

• Strong attention to detail, professional work ethic and self-starting
attitude, and ability to work well among a diverse team of professionals.
