1. Job Description- Full Description Required · Candidates must have 5+ years of demonstrated experience with testing tools · Candidates must have outstanding communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both the business and technical teams, and be able to work independently. · Perform a variety of performance related tests for cloud applications. · Work with client teams to determine testing requirements, create test plans, coordinate testing support, execute tests, and report results. · Create and modify automated test scripts using single/multiple protocols supported within test tools. 2. Mandatory Requirements-Full Description Required § Knowledge of any open source tool § Must have experience with developing test cases for ITSM systems such as ServiceNow,BMC Remedy or other ITSM tools § Must have experience testing system integrations § Must have ITIL certification § Must be an individual contributor § Determine test data needs. § Setup of test scenarios to match requirements based on client test needs. Execute tests on performance specific tool: Performance Center. § Analyze test results and identify possible performance related issues. § Write clear and concise performance reports and review them with clients. § Maintain flexible work schedules driven by test environment availability. § Provide performance tests to clients including but not limited to load tests, soak tests, stress tests, volume/capacity tests, and failover tests. § Proven hands on experience in Javascript programming Proven hands on scripting experience in Web/HTTP, Web Services, and Citrix 3.
