*Business Analyst with DATAWAREHOUSE & HEALTHCARE*

*Location: Charlotte, NC *

*$50/hr on c2c all incl.*



The Portfolio Business Analyst within a specific product segment is the
translational expert.

Required skills

o Expertise in healthcare data domains (clinical, claims, billing, etc.)

o Expertise working with data in healthcare IT systems (Epic, Cerner,
Allscripts, McKesson etc.)

o Experience with SQL or other database query technologies in mining data
for analysis and sleuth and understand data issues (data quality, confirm
customer use of data)

o Experience in understanding business requirements and translating that
into data analysis

o Experience analyzing data for format, content, relationships, etc. in its
raw form before being loaded into database tables

o Strong logical, analytical thinking, problem solving skills

o Strong collaboration and communication skills – role will have
interaction with external customers

o Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Preferred / Nice to Have

o Exposure to data warehouse architecture and Kimball-style dimensional
modelling

o Exposure to IBM’s healthcare data model

o Experience with data profiling tools

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Area of study in Business
Administration, Marketing, healthcare, or related discipline. 5-7 years
related experience. Business analysis, requirements analysis, requirements
management, program management, product management, software lifecycle
experience.
