This requires a large effort at mapping and migrating clients, products and services into the existing applications.; The position is responsible for providing maintenance, enhancements and additional functionality to support the sales organizations of the IBM Sterling 9.2 Commercial Ordering application. This person will work closely with the business to identify how the ordering application can be enhanced to offer increased functionality to meet business requirements. *MUSTS* · Sterling 9 is required · Design, develop and implement Sterling CRM system enhancements as part of the CRM Application Development team including responsibility for project deliverables and production support. Coordinate resolution of problems tickets, including on-call rotation, escalation and implementation · Must have IT experience, including Java application development experience.
