Immediate opening for a *Senior Business Analyst-JDE Support* contractor to perform support duties for and manage minor system enhancement efforts for *JDE E1 9.x* and other systems. The business analyst will need JDE E1 9.x *procure-to-pay*, *order-to-cash* experience and some familiarity with finance. *Qualifications:* - Minimum of 4 years of business systems analyst experience. - Experienced with JDE E1 9.x including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Some familiarity of Finance. - Practical experience with MS Office products and *Visio.* - Business process definition, requirements definition, *data mapping*, defining reports, *testing *and setting expectations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Process mapping and systemic thinking ability. - General knowledge of *system development* methodologies. - Ability to solve complex problems. - Strong analytic skills with attention to detail. *Responsibilities:* - Assess, *troubleshoot* and respond to business support questions. - Manage small system changes - Analyze user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications. - JDE E1 9.x system configuration. - Formulate and define enhancement scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a good understanding of business systems and available IT solutions. - Map requirements to design elements and test cases. - Provide *test plans*, *test cases*, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing. - Provide new user training on supported applications as requested.
