The project manager should have the ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, amongst various levels of the organization. The ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced changing environment while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously is necessary. Financial experience in order to monitor capacity and resource planning across multiple projects. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. Education/Experience: Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. PM skills and experience required; PMP Certification preferred. Planview, and HP Quality Center (ALM) expertise required. Expertise in MS Project and executive status reporting. *Functional Areas (strong in one or more areas)* CC&B: Knowledge of Trickle Cash, Unbilled Usage, Trickle Usage (Usage Catch-Up) and Taxation required; knowledge of data landing, data mapping, coding, testing, integration, required. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Treatment (Collections) preferred. Knowledge of Retail (residential) Products, Services & Equipment (S&E’s), USOC’s, Rating & Billing, invoicing, billing daily tapes (BDT’s), bill images preferred. CABS: Knowledge of CABS (Carrier Access Billing) and processes associated with account set up and management, usage processing, billing, payment processing, service items, pricing, discounting, and audit file reporting. Experience with past conversions involving the mapping of CABS data from acquired company's source systems preferred. Knowledge of large telecom Conversion project. Plant Knowledge of Inside Plant, Outside Plant, Line Cards, HSI, Triad, Customer. Experience in mapping telecom OSS conversions. Proficient in SQL commands. Knowledge of large telecom Conversion project. OSS: Knowledge of POTS TDM Switches and DSLAMs/Network Devices Knowledge of large telecom Conversion project. Data Warehouse: Past experience managing DW development and testing. Knowledge of C2C reporting and strong analytical Skills are required. Knowledge of large telecom Conversion project. Gap Development - strong knowledge of SDLC with proven success in implementing large system enhancements in fast paced environment. Knowledge of large telecom Conversion project Wholesale ASR/LSR: Knowledge of Wholesale Products, S&E’s, TOS2USOC’s, Rating & Billing, invoicing, billing daily tapes (BDT’s), bill images preferred.
