*User Experience Designer * *Dallas, TX* *Rate: $55 per hr. MAX* *Specific Skills:* • Background or qualification in one of the creative arts, and a deep knowledge, passion and expertise in that area. • An exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions. • 5+ years’ experience designing workflow, interaction and UI for large-scale web applications or mobile applications. • Effective communication skills (both in conversation and in writing), especially focused on running work-sessions and articulating and defending design decisions. • Ability to work with technology experts to uncover and understand technology requirements and capabilities as they relate to user experience. • Effectively manage workload to meet deliverables within agreed timeframes. • Unconscious competence in appropriate software tools. • Experience designing for mobile/tablets. *User Experience Designer * The UX Designer will be responsible for the creative vision behind the delivery of innovative rich internet applications and digital enterprise solutions. The position will also contribute to creating innovative user interfaces across a variety of platforms and devices. They will thrive on working under pressure in a team environment, and will have strong written, communication and presentation skills. The team member will be responsible for researching user needs and designing, prototyping and testing user interfaces for traditional and mobile applications and websites.
