*Systems Analyst I (IT)*

*Engagement Description: *

The projects that this position will be supporting include the
implementation of medical professional and facility, and vision benefit
changes within the NASCO Processing System for groups that currently have a
shared processing arrangement with the company.

* Top 3 Required Skills/Experience (minimum 1 year each) *

·         Experience with NASCO claims processing and NASCO screen/field
definitions.

·         Experience in healthcare processes and terminology.

·         Understanding of programming terminology.

 *Required Skills/Experience  *

·         NASCO benefit knowledge

·         NASCO claims processing

·         Healthcare

·         System programming

·         Systems analysis

·         Ability to understand file field definition

·         Ability to compare multiple files and fields for comparison

·         Ability to think outside the box to determine solution to resolve
miss-compares

·         Ability to create technical NASCO CSR, if needed.

·         Strong communicator

·         Strong presenter

·         Knowledge of business operations, systems requirements and IT
processes required.

·         Analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills
required.

·         NASCO (screen/field knowledge and claim processing)

·         Healthcare

·         Programmer/analyst

 *Education/Certifications *

·         Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

·         1 year of relevant technical work experience required.
