We are looking for* Technical Test Lead – Performance Engineering* to
support world’s leader in providing IT consulting and software services to
the finest global organizations client.

This is * 4 Months Contracts* based in *Delaware / New Jersey.*



*Role: Technical Test Lead – Performance Engineering*

*Duration: 4 Months Contracts*

*Location: Delaware / New Jersey*



*Qualifications Basic*

·         Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also
consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of
education

·         At least  5 years of experience in Performance Engineering
(Tuning, Profiling, Monitoring and providing performance solutions)

*Preferred*

•          At least 5 years’ experience in Performance Engineering skills

•          Minimum 3 years of experience in performance engineering
methodologies, service offerings, enterprise contexts, tools and
techniques; conceptual knowledge and hands-on in the areas of Performance
Modeling, Capacity Planning of Distributed IT systems

•          At least 3 years of hands on experience in System Monitoring,
Profiling, Bottleneck Identification and Tuning of IT systems;  expertise
in defining solutions with high focus on QoS (Performance, scalability,
Reliability and Availability) for systems built on Java/J2EE or .NET or
Databases (*in-depth expertise in one of technologies is a must with
broader knowledge in other stacks*)

•          Must have 3 years of extensive hands-on experience in OS
monitors, Code & Query Profilers, Monitoring tools for Web/App and DB
Servers and Load Simulation tools

•          Should have at least 2 years of experience in Enterprise
Performance Management Tools such as HP Diagnostics, DynaTrace or CA
Introscope along with Open Source  and Native Performance tools for Web/App
and DB layers

•          Extensive experience in defining Performance driven
architectures and providing guidance on PE best practices throughout SDLC

•          Sound architectural knowledge of Web Servers, Application
Servers and Database servers with conceptual knowledge of PT phases and
pre-requisites for data setup

•          Strong consulting experience and thought leadership to implement
Performance Engineering capabilities
