AST is leveraging a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe) methodologies. *Job responsibilities include:* * Understand and coach the Development Team in Agile/Scrum practices * Help the Development Team to create high-value products * Remove impediments to the Development Team's progress * Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Scrum Meeting, Retrospectives, Demos) as needed. * Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team and help the team meet those commitments * Manage the sprint backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity and tasks Also, candidate needs to demonstrate strong decision-making skills, possess high initiative, extremely well organized, good interpersonal, and a commitment to quality.
