Position: Business analyst ( with insurance claim processing background) Location: Chicago Downtown, IL Duration: 3 month Description: Business Analysts that have an *insurance claims processing background* Downtown client is in need of a Business Systems Analyst through the year end. This position is responsible for requirements gathering for standardized reports and data extracts needed by our clients business units; working with the Edge Server/2R Specialist related to support Edge Server claims data load and content issue analysis and resolution; providing support to the Trexin Consulting project team’s continued build out of an Atomic Level data warehouse; Successful resource will work with the Trexin Consulting on-site team on the Edge Server deliverables and partner with client’s internal information technology and operations staff on deliverables related to the warehouse buildout and report creation. Selected candidate will be proficient with Excel, SQL, and have knowledge of industry standard reporting tools; Candidate must be able to write requirements; run basic queries and document processes and data extractions; Healthcare date experience is required; *Knowledge of healthcare claims data is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with provider and/or institutional healthcare claims. Qualifications Requires 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, manipulation and query/extraction.
