*Role : **Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains* *Location : **Tempa - Florida ,USA* *Duration :3+ Months* *Years of Experience : 6-10 years* JD *The following are the expectations from the resource * · Working experience on Great plain 10 with both technical and functional areas · Understanding of the data model of great plain 10 primary focus on the Finance, inventory areas in Functional and technical areas · Data extraction of inventory and financial modules for inventory reconciliation from the Great plain 10 · Table level updates and data cleaning activities · Passing adjustment entries for reconciliations · Extracting the data in the required format to other application areas for reporting i. Scope of Services 1. Help in identifying the tables for data extraction for the other application, as we are trying to get the audit done on priority leveraging the Infosys Platform. 2. Create Test instances to test some valuation options to determine if it meets the customer requirements. 3. To reconcile the inventory valuation on GP 10 and close the accounting year. Check the configuration in GP. 4. the valuation is off from 1st November onwards , so necessary reconciliation and determine the adjustment entries which need to be made to close the financial year on 12/31 and be ready for Audit and provide assistance as needed. 5. Reconfigure / Correct or change the valuation method or other configuration in GP to ensure that the system works correctly going forward. Complete reconciliation. 6. Adjustment entries from 1st Jan onwards as needed based on when step 5 is completed. Necessary reconciliation and certification to ensure the system is working as intended. 7. Above may require data fixes or patches from MS ,if it is determined that is a product or system related issue. Identify similar known issues and process to fix the same.
