Knowledge of SCM tool like clearcase, SVN or Git Stash is an added advantage · Nice to have working experience of any build automation & continuous integration tool like Jenkins, Hudson. · Provide Level1, Level2 and Level3 operational support for production and non-production environment. Investigate and Fix user raised incidents, Investigate and Fix system generated alerts. Monitor and fix batch cycle issues in non-production environment · Understand environment provisioning process and different teams involved, Plan and Coordinate database refresh activities in non-production.
